NOTES:
Do not leave secure materials unattended while waiting for UPS pickup. The
principal is responsible for ensuring that materials are kept in locked storage
until they are given directly to the UPS driver.
| •
Do not schedule a separate pickup for each carton. However, you
will need to provide the total number of cartons in your shipment.
| •
UPS may come to pick up your school's materials anytime during
your school's business hours (which you will enter on the next screen). Please
schedule a minimum of a six-hour window for the pickup.
| •
Requests for same-day pickup cannot be honored, and requests for pickup
on the following business day must be placed before 3:00 p.m. (requests for pickup more than
two days in advance also cannot be honored).

You may give your cartons to your UPS driver if you have regularly scheduled service. If you do, call the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103 or email
mcas@measuredprogress.org to report that the pickup has been made.
Please contact the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103 or via email at mcas@measuredprogress.org if you have any questions
or problems accessing this website. For more information about the MCAS-Alt, please visit the Department’s website at

Thank you for understanding that returning materials by the prescribed deadline is critical to maintaining their security.
